Each bracelet is handcrafted and constructed by artist Philip Crow. They are made from:

4-6mm AAA Grade Faceted Moldavite
5-7mm Faceted Libyan Desert Glass
5-7mm Herkimer Diamond
4mm Shungite beads sourced from locations with the highest carbon content.

The beads are strung on black, durable cord that allows an easy fit over the wrist and is tied in a triple knot with brass cover bead.

Libyan Desert Glass, also known as Libyan Gold Tektite or Great Sand Sea Glass, is a unique and nearly pure silica tektite believed to have been created from a meteorite impact 26 million years ago. This occurred over the modern day Sahara Desert in what is now western Egypt and eastern Libya. Pieces are found scattered across many square miles and range in color from a transparent yellow to a full-bodied gold. It was officially discovered in 1932 by P. Clayton, but has a long history that traces all the way back to Ancient Egypt.

Moldavite is an increasingly rare crystal that formed over 10 million years ago due to the impact of a meteorite with Mother Earth. The heat melted the surrounding area of impact, fusing the energies of Earth and Space together to form this amazing tektite. While fake pieces were once easy to spot, modern imitations have become increasingly convincing and much harder to detect without specialized equipment.

The Moldavite I use in my jewelry was sourced over a decade ago—well before counterfeit Moldavite became widespread. At that time, it was still relatively affordable and accessible, and the need for verification wasn’t as pressing. I do not provide certificates of authenticity for my pieces, and here's why: many of the so-called “certificates” circulating today are self-issued and hold no true third-party validation. They're often just a piece of paper stating the seller’s own claim that the stone is real.

I’ve been working with Moldavite for over 15 years, and I take its energy and integrity very seriously. I would never misrepresent a piece or do a disservice to anyone drawn to this powerful and mysterious tektite. The suppliers I worked with back then no longer have stock—and neither they nor I would feel confident sourcing from new sellers today who claim to have authentic Moldavite.
